All our anchovies are guaranteed by the quality – controlled seal “ANCHOVIES FROM CANTABRIA”, certifying that the bocarte has been captured in the Cantabrian sea during the “Costera season” by purse seining and fully elaborated in Cantabria, assuring the maximum quality of the product and the job posts.
In our factory, we count on modern premises with the best quality, checking and control systems, accomplishing the requirements of the EU norms, in addition to the IFS certification (International Food Standard),with a “High Level” evaluation , being this one, undoubtedly, one of the most strict and demanding quality certifications.
